多奈单抗临床试验中用于计算 iADRS 评分的量表
在 TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 和 TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 2两项临床试验中, 主要终点为研究人群中阿尔茨海默病综合评分量表(iADRS)评分自基线至第 76 周的变化。1,2
iADRS 通过整合 2 项被广泛认可的量表中的条目,以单一综合评分反映阿尔茨海默病的整体严重程度,这 2 项量表为
- 阿尔茨海默病评定量表-认知子量表 13 项(ADAS-Cog13),以及
- 阿尔茨海默病合作研究-日常生活能力量表(ADCS-ADL)。3
iADRS 评分的确定
iADRS 为 0 至 144 分的综合评分,包括
- ADAS-Cog13,总分范围 0-85 分,评分越高表示整体认知障碍越严重,以及
- ADCS-iADL,总分范围 0 至 59 分,评分越低表示日常生活功能障碍越严重。4
为使两个量表的方向一致,ADAS-Cog13 评分需乘以 −1,因此 iADRS 总分越低表示损害越严重。4

由研究受试者完成 ADAS-Cog13 5评估,由照护者完成 ADCS-ADL 6评估 。
