没有关于替尔泊肽在肥胖或超重和肝炎患者中的安全性和疗效的信息。如果患者有以下情况，则被排除在 SURMOUNT-1 至 -4 研究之外

• 急性或慢性肝炎
• 除代谢相关脂肪性肝病（MAFLD）之外的任何肝脏疾病的体征和症状
• 丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT) > 参考范围正常值上限（ULN）的 3.0 倍
• 碱性磷酸酶 (ALP) > 参考范围 ULN 的 1.5 倍，或者
