相关 SURPASS 临床试验的排除标准

在2 型糖尿病（T2D）患者中，抑郁症状和抑郁障碍的患病率增加。¹ 因此，重度抑郁症或自杀意念的不良事件被指定为替尔泊肽在成人 T2D 患者中的 SURPASS 临床试验计划中特别关注的事件。²

在 SURPASS 临床试验计划中，如果受试者有研究者认为可能妨碍患者遵循和完成方案的任何病史，则受试者被排除在外。排除条件的例子包括已知药物滥用、酗酒或精神障碍史。^3-9

临床建议

礼来公司无法就合并焦虑、惊恐、躁狂或双相情感障碍的人使用替尔泊肽提供治疗建议。医生应考虑治疗方案的潜在风险和获益，并进行适当的监测。
