EMBER-3研究设计

EMBER-3 (NCT04975308) 是一项 3 期、随机、开放标签研究，旨在评估依仑司群单药治疗、研究者选择的内分泌治疗（氟维司群或依西美坦）以及 依仑司群与阿贝西利联合治疗对既往接受过内分泌治疗（芳香化酶抑制剂）± 细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶（CDK） 4/6 抑制剂治疗的雌激素受体阳性（ER+）、人表皮生长因子受体 2 阴性（HER2-）局部晚期或转移性乳腺癌患者的疗效。^3,5
