据报道，基于不同的研究人群，类风湿关节炎（RA）患者中具有显著临床意义的间质性肺病（ILD）患病率介于 5％ 至 30％ 或更高。^1-3

间质性肺病是 RA 较为常见的关节外表现，在 30% 至 50% 的 RA 患者中观察到亚临床间质性肺异常 。^1,2

• 14,744 患者年暴露于 BARI
• 15,114 患者年的总体观察，包括使用 BARI 时间和随访时间

All-BARI-RA 数据集中间质性肺病的发生率 

在 All-BARI-RA 数据集中，接受 BARI 治疗的 24 名患者（0.6%；0.16 暴露调整发生率 [EAIR] ）报告了监管活动医学词典（MedDRA）首选术语（PT）的 ILD 作为治疗期间出现的不良事件（TEAE）。在报告的 24 例 ILD TEAE 中， 

• 11 名患者发生了被归类为严重不良事件（SAE）的事件（EAIR=0.07），包括 1 名治疗相关死亡，以及
• 9 名患者永久停止治疗。⁶
