- 86.0% 的患者发生2级事件,和
- 88.5% 的患者发生3级事件。3
在 2331 名接受阿贝西利治疗的患者中,出现腹泻这一不良事件 (AE),其中 20.5% 的患者至少降低了 1 次剂量,23.2% 的患者至少暂定了 1 次剂量。在阿贝西利+ ET 组中,腹泻具体导致剂量降低和剂量暂停的患者分别为 17.3% 和 19.5%。3
